Zucchini stuffed with vegetables recipe

I will show you how to prepare very light and healty meal. I will show you my way how to prepare zucchini stuffed with vegetables.

Onions
Onions ( 1 piece )
Pepper
Pepper ( 2 pinch )
Tomato
Tomato ( 1 piece )
Zucchini
Zucchini ( 1 piece )
Salt
Salt ( 2 pinch )
Oil
Oil ( 1 spoon )
Sour cream
Sour cream ( 1 spoon )
 
  Persons : 2 | Preparing: 10 min | Making: 15 min | Cleaning: 10 min
 
1.
 

We need 1 onion, 1 bigger zucchini, 1 tomato and 1 pepper.

Take zucchini and cut out the zucchini's meat.

Salt zucchini to drop water.

Take pepper an cut it to small pieces.

 
 
5.
 

Take tomato and cut it to small pieces.

Take onion and cut it to small pieces.

 
 
7.
 

Heat 1 spoon of oil and saute the onion.

Add pepper and tomato and saute everything until all water evaporates (about 5 minutes).

On the end add 1 spoon of sour cream and mix everything together.

Now fill the zucchinis with the mixture and put them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.

After zucchinis are baked put 1 slice of cheese on each zucchini and...

 
 
12.
 

...put them back in the oven and wait until the chees melts.
