How to animate an object in Premiere

In this lesson we will learn the first steps of creating an object. I will also show you how to make a simple animation.

Import the video.

Drag it to Timeline at Video 1.

Right-click below video name under Project window and select New item, Title...

...and Name the video.

Click OK.

Select any tool for shaping...

 
 
6.
 

...and create any shape.

 
 
7.
 

Select Type tool.

Write any text...

and select any style below.

Now select Selection Tool...

...and drag the sign over the shape you have made before.

Close the Title window.

Select the sign you have made...

...and drag it to Timeline at Video 2.

Select the sign and expend it.

Now move to the place where you want the sign.

In preview mode set the place for the sign.

Under Effect Controls above select Toggle animation.

We set the start of the animation.

Now move a little further (see picture).

Move the sign in preview mode, where it will move during the animation.

Now move a little futher...

...and again move the sign in preview mode where it will move during the animation.

 
 
22.
 

We are done. The object is moving first in one direction and then in the other.
