How to add page numbers
Let me show you how to add page numbers to you document in just a few clicks.

1.

|
Open a document in Microsoft Word 2010.
I opened The curse of Lono book by Hunter S. Thompson.

|
In the menu click Insert.
|
|
| |

|
Click Page Number and choose Bottom of Page ...
You can select the different position for your page numbers, but the Bottom of Page works in my case the best.

... and choose the format of your page number.
I chose Plain Number 2.
|

Click Close Header and Footer ...
