We will mount and plug in a CD/DVD-ROM or Blue-Ray unit, they are all universally shaped so they should fit in all PC cases out there.

Well, it's an easy task but involves both physical installation and also connection to the motherboard and power supply. I am also a network administrator and have worked previously for different companies, so I have this kind of knowledge.
