I want to make everything at home and I wonder how to make a good and quick dough for pizza? I have everything at home but I don't want to wait more than one hour to make dough eatable?
I put yeast in a cup with 1,5 dl warm water and two little spoons of sugar. Leave it for 2 minutes for yeasts to start working. Then I put this mixture in a flower (about half kg, depending on the number of persons), add some more water and than I knead the dough. Then I leave it for 15 min to rise.
