I would like to create web pages and I would be really happy to do that for free

Also it must be simple, because I really don't know anything about web coding and designing. I am good with Photoshop, but HTML is another story ...

Hi Brenda,

if your are thinking a standalone app, like an alternative to Adobe Dreamweaver I would suggest Aptana if you are a Windows user (it's also available for Mac and Linux) or Coda if you are a mac user.

If you don't know anything about coding and you want to start creating web pages right away, then take a look at the online CMS (Content Management System) like Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal and similar. Those are all template based system and you can basically set up a working webpage in no time.
