Can you tell me how can I convert the MKV video file into AVI (xvid) file fast and easy? Is there any chance that this program converter can also show me the final size of converted file in megabytes?

| Yes of course. I am using Format Factory, which is free and simple. Just download it from http://www.pcfreetime.com/ and then in program use Video and Avi. You will have all the settings available where you can configure them and start converting.

| Format Factory has sometimes problems converting MKVs to MP4, so in your case the solution to this problem could be first converting to AVI and then to MP4. That includes also subtitles witch are shown twice. |
