Click to launch the Finder.

In the Finder menu, click Go ...

... and choose Connect to Server...
|

In the Server Address field, enter a name of the ftp server you want to connect to.
If your servers name would be ftp.server.com, then you need to enter ftp://ftp.myserver.com.

Enter the ftp server credentials (user name, password) and click Connect.
|

A new window connected to the ftp server appears.
You can now, copy, move, delete files, from server, to server. You can simply drag and drop files into the window in order to transfer them to a ftp server.
Operations (copy, move, delete,...) depend on the security settings that are set for the user you are connecting with to a ftp server.
