How to activate single window mode in GIMP 2.8

One of the new features of the new GIMP 2.8 is a single window mode view and this is how you activate it.

By default, when you open GIMP 2.8, you get a regular multi window view. Many user didn't like that at all, guys at GIMP have noted that fact and introduced Single-Window Mode in the new GIMP version 2.8.

To activate it, click Windows in the menu and choose Single-Window Mode.

And that's it, all windows are now docked into a single window. You can drag and drop the tools at will to reposition them for your liking.
