Open a few programs, let's say about 5 for the better demonstration.

2.

Way #1:

Press Alt+Tab for your opened application to show up.

3.

Keep pressing the Tab key while holding Alt, you'll browse through all your opened applications. Just release both keys when on the application window you want to make active or you can click any window you like, to go directly to the application.

4.

Way #2:

Press Windows Key + Tab

5.

It works similar to Alt+tab, just keep pressing the tab key while holding the Windows key to browse through all your opened applications or click the window to access it directly.
