Turn image into text with free online OCR service
Let me show you how to convert image files into text files which you can then edit at your will.

Click here to open OCRonline web service.
You need to register before you can convert your image files into text files, but it's a minute or a less job and well worth it.
Click Registeration.

Enter your Email and choose your password twice.
Click Register.
Go to your Email to activate you new account.
|
|

|
Enter the Email and Password then click Login.
|
|
| |

|
|
Choose the file format in which you want to convert your image.
I've chosen the Microsoft Word .doc file format.

Choose the document language and click Browse.
|
|
| |

Choose the image file you want to convert into a text and click OK.

And when the OCR conversion is done, right click your new OCR file link and click Save Link As...

Open your new text file to see how good of a job OCR conversion did.
As I chose the .doc file I've opened it with Microsoft Word and I'm quite satisfied with the result.
