Tomato sauce with chicken and vegetables recipe

I will show you my way how to prepare delicious tomato sauce with chicken and vegetables. Excellent idea what to serve with the pasta.

Chicken fillet
Chicken fillet ( 1 piece )
Tomato sauce
Tomato sauce ( 2 dl )
Peas
Peas ( 50 g )
Carrot
Carrot ( 50 g )
Celery
Celery ( 50 g )
Turnip
Turnip ( 50 g )
Onions
Onions ( 1 piece )
Red pepper
Red pepper ( 3 pinch )
Pepper
Pepper ( 2 pinch )
Salt
Salt ( 2 pinch )
Oil
Oil ( 2 spoon )

 
  Persons : 4 | Preparing: 3 min | Making: 15 min | Cleaning: 3 min

Take chicken file and cut it to little pieces.

Put it in a dish and add 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of pepper and 3 pinches of red pepper.

Add 1 spoon of oil.

Mix everything together.

Take the onion and peel it.

Chop the onion.

Heat 1 spoon of oil in a cooking dish.

When the oil is warm enough put chopped onion in a cooking dish and saute it quickly.

Now add spicy chicken.

Saute the chicken for about 3 - 4 minutes

Take tomato sauce...

...and put it in a dish with the chicken and the onion.

Mix everything together.

Now cover the dish and leave the sauce to boil.

When the sauce boils reduce the stove to minimum and add all vegetables.

I have used frozen vegetables, but if you have garden at home use fresh vegetables.

Mix vegetables with the sauce and wait to boil again.

Now cook it for about 3 more minutes in a half coverd dish.

Pasta is excellent idea to serve with tomato sauce.
