Delicious homemade apricot pie recipe

Simple fruit dessert, whit delicious apricots, of course, you can also add any other fruit, and thus satisfy all tastes.

Flour
Flour ( 250 g )
Butter
Butter ( 125 g )
Sugar
Sugar ( 100 g )
Egg yolk
Egg yolk ( 2 piece )
Milk
Milk ( 5 spoon )
Egg
Egg ( 1 piece )
Apricot compote
Apricot compote ( 1 piece )
Yogurt
Yogurt ( 2 dl )
Sweet cream
Sweet cream ( 1 dl )
Cinnamon
Cinnamon ( 2 pinch )

 
  Persons : 1 | Preparing: 40 min | Making: 5 min | Cleaning: 8 min

Take 125g of butter and cutt it into slices in a plastic container.

Add sugar.

Add 1 pinch of salt.

Now knead all together with hands.

To the butter add 250g of flour.

Take the egg and brake it and separate egg white from egg yolk.

Add two egg yolks to the butter and flour.

Add also a couple of spoons of cold milk.

Quickly knead all together.

Shape mass into a loaf and put it into refrigirator for about an hour.

After one hour take the loaf and cut it into 1 cm slices.

Put slices into baking tray. It should lie down next to the edge 2 to 3 cm to the high.

Now squeez them a little to combine them together.

Put the baking tray again to the refrigerator for about an hour.

Then put the baking tray with the mass in the oven and bake it for about 20 min at 200 degrees.

After the time is up, take baking tray out of the oven and leave the mass to cool down.

Take the whipped egg...

...and lubricate it over the mass.

Take apricote compot and apricots over the whole mass.

Now pour apricots with the yogurt...

...and with the sugar cream.

You can also put 1 or 2 spoons of sugar (depends how sweet pie you want).

On the top sprinkle some cinnamon.

Now put the pie into the oven for about 20 more minutes.

After 20 minutes take it out and leave it to cool down.
