Hot dog omelette recipe
When you are in a hurry and need a rich and tasty meal a hod dog omellete is a way to go. Really easy to make and done in no time.

Egg ( 1 piece )
Hot dog ( 2 piece )
Parsley ( 1 piece )
Garlic ( 1 piece )
Olive oil ( 1 spoon )
Salt ( 1 pinch )
Pepper ( 1 pinch )
Take fresh hot dogs.
Take two eggs.
Put some olive oil in the pan and
turn on the
In meantime slice the hod dog to little pieces...
...and put it in the pan.
Break the eggs in the cup.
Add parsley, garlic, salt and pepper and mix everything together.
Put mixure made of eggs into the pan over the hot dogs and spread it over the whole pan.
Cook it on medium heat and wait upper side to coagulate.
Take the spatula and carefully turn the omlet.
Now cook the other side for about a minute and turn the stove off.
Put omelette on a plate and slice it on smaller pieces.
Next to omelette I recommened the wholemeal bread.
Put pieces of omelette on the bread.
Enjoy your meal.
