Create a new PowerPoint presentation.

2.

Click on a document with right mouse button and select Format Background...

3.

In a new window select Fill and then mark Picture or texture fill.

After that click in File...

4.

Within Explorer select a random picture and click on Insert.

5.

After that set up a transparency level and click on Close.

More procent you will set, more the background picture will be faded.
