  Author: Realife | 26th November 2012 | Difficulty : 1 / 5 |
Egg
Egg ( 2 piece )
Butter
Butter ( 30 g )
Salt
Salt ( 2 pinch )

  Persons : 1 | Preparing: 5 min | Making: 3 min | Cleaning: 1 min

1.

Set the highest temperature on your cooking plate and put the frying pan on it.

Put okoli 30g masla into the pan.

You can also use 1 spoon of cookin (sunflower, olive,...) oil instead of butter.

2.

Stir the butter allover the bottom of the pan (see picture).

Use a wooden or plastic spoon so you don't damage the button with the metal one.

3.

Take the egg break it on the edge of the frying pan.

Try and break it fast and carefully with one shot.

4.

Crack it open using your thumbs and spill it directly into the pan (see picture).

5.

Do the same with the rest of the eggs.

You can now reduce the temperature of the cooking plate a bit.

6.

Now start stirring the eggs ...

7.

... while you are stirring add 2 pinches of salt ...

You can add the some pepper as well if you like it a bit more spicy.

8.

... and keep on stirring ...

9.

... until it turns orange-yellow.

Some like their scrambled eggs soft, some like them well done. If you like it soft, then stop before the eggs turn harder.

10.

Now simply put the scrambled eggs onto the plate ...

11.

... and you breakfast is served.

If you are a fan of bread, it goes well with scrambled eggs.
