Upon opening Kuler, you'll be greeted with a color wheel, various sliders, and big panels of color, representing the current scheme.
Move the bubbles connected to the center of the color wheel and create a color scheme that you like.

By selecting the Color Rule you will define how new colors are connected to other colors.

If you're not feeling particularly inspired, you can have a look at color palettes created by others.
Click Explore.

Click Most Popular or Most Used to see the most popular color palettes.

You will be presented with a list of color palettes.
There are a lot of palettes to choose from and I am sure you will be able to find the one that is right for you.
