I will show you how you find out if a website of your choice is using cookies. If the result is positive, you also find out which cookies are being used and what's their purpose.

Click here, to open the cookie searching website.

In the http entry field, put in the website you want to see which cookies it's using (see picture) ...

... and click the Check cookies button.

If the website is using cookies, you will see three cookie categories.

First Party cookies are the cookies placed on the website by webmasters/owner.

Third Party cookies are mostly being used as part of the analytic tools for advertising purposes. Third party cookies can connect to other websites.

Third Party-Requests don't necessarily use cookies, but can still send to web analytic services.
