Bring out the veggies and fruits. Wash them good! I would suggest using as many local grown as possible or the ones that have been organically grown.
If you don't have young spinach, you can use kale, basil, parsley or celery.
Same goes for the fruits, if you don't have the fruits I'm using, you can also use apples, strawberries, raspberries,...

If you are using kiwi, cut the uneatable hard parts at the both ends ...

Be careful with the knife!

If the orange is hard to peel, cut the peel with the knife to form a grid and then peel it.

Add a bit of water.
The amount of water depends on how liquid you want your green smoothie to be.
And I would strongly suggest you to add a table spoon of coconut butter/cream. If you don't have it, then add a few table spoons of full fat yogurt. That is, if you want to pull the best out of the raw fruits and veggies, as some studies show, saturated fats take care for a better nutrient absorption.

Blend it. If you like your smoothies smooth than blend it for a minute or so, if you want it a bit raw than turn off the blender earlier.
