Schedule or back date a post on Facebook pages

If you manage a Facebook Page there is a very useful feature you might have missed. You can schedule your posts in advance or you can even date them back down on the Page timeline.

Go to the Facebook Page you are managing and enter some post or attach a photo or video, but don't post it just yet!

Click the Schedule or backdate your post button (see picture).

Click to choose the year you want you post to get published ...

You can set your date into the future or past if you want your post to appear somewhere down on the Page timeline.

... add month ...

... add day ...

... add hour and event minutes ...

When you are done setting the publish date of your post, click Schedule.

Your post should now be scheduled if you want to edit your scheduled posts right away click View Activity Log or simply Close the window.

To see all your published and scheduled Facebook Page posts, click Edit Page and choose Use Activity Log.

You need to be on the Facebook Page of course.

Here are all your scheduled posts, to change scheduling time, or want to publish the posts right away or even delete it, click the down arrow button next to the post in question and choose one of the options.
